Natalie is really sweet i like her!
I heart Natalie as well, have since The Professional, and think she is glowingly, astonishingly, and preternaturally beautiful, not to mention incredibly intelligent.
That said, I recognize that she IS mortal, and in the first pic from the "taxi" series, I think they look like they are old friends...that got really drunk and fucked the night before, and now are expressing their regret by being pissy with eachother.
I always thought they looked "suspicious" when I first saw that taxi pic. hee.
Regret about sleeping the night before? I don't think so.
When I saw the taxi pics I became convinced that at some point pre KD, Jake and Nat tried it on...a relationship. I think at the time, they were both too young. Jake was probably at Columbia then. Maybe he was pissed. He looks it. And she looks like she's hurting. Trying to convince him not to get into the taxi. Maybe he wanted too much and she wasn't ready.I adore them together. Meant to be, IMVHO. Maybe they are rediscovering each other...since he gave her tulips and a birthday lunch before she went to Paris. Now that she's back, she attended a 4th of July bash at Matt McC's in LA and Jake was there. Were they together? How could they not be!
