She's an ugly "bint", I think I hated the name "Kim" after that photo... Although I always focused on the guy at her side with that shirt slogan "Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt" (a Kurt Vonnegut's sublime phrase that was written on a picture of a tombstone in his novel "Slaughter House-Five"), refering to a character who was killed in the 2nd world war while doped up on morphine, so the little skan... er, fan, disappears.
